The pilot study, plannedfor summer 2026, will assess the effectiveness of candidate treatment systems and establish key designparameters for a future full-scale PFAS treatment system. Vendors will provide equipment, labor, and materialsnecessary to perform the on-site study under the oversight of the City, Sanborn Head, and the New HampshireDepartment of Environmental Services (NHDES). The study will evaluate PFAS removal efficiency, operationalperformance, and waste generation while supporting the City’s efforts to address PFAS compounds regulated byUSEPA and NHDES and improve long-term leachate management at the Facility.The City of Nashua, through the Mayor, who is the awarding authority, reserves the right to reject any and allproposals or parts of proposals; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptionsto these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this request if in the City's best interest.INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS:The City is now accepting submittals electronically via Bonfire. All proposals must be FOB Nashua, NH. All Vendors must comply with allapplicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws.Pursuant to NRO 5-78 (F), the Purchasing Manager shall not solicit a proposal from a contractor who is in defaulton the payment of taxes, licenses or other monies due the City.
