Bid Title:	On-Call Traffic Signal & Streetlight Maintenance Services RFQ

Description: The City is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified contractors with relevant experience and expertise to provide on-call field preventative maintenance, as needed repairs, and emergency response services for City owned traffic signals, streetlights, and all associated lighting, equipment and all other associated apparatus using duly trained and qualified personnel. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select a qualified firm to provide on-call preventive maintenance, repairs and emergency response for streetlights, traffic signal systems and associated equipment. The City intends to select one successful Respondent as the preferred service provider with whom the City will negotiate a professional services agreement, which is intended to be valid for three (3) years from the date of award with the option of two one-year extensions. The license classification required for this project is Class C-10 Electrical Contractor License. The firm(s) must meet all municipal, state and federal affirmative action and equal employment opportunity practices. There is no Pre-Submittal Meeting for this project.
