Project Description: Eanes Independent School District (Eanes ISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified banks to serve as the depository for managing the district's banking functions. This RFP is issued in compliance with Texas Education Code (TEC), Chapter 45, Subchapter G, for a depository services contract starting July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, with options for two additional two-year extensions. Evaluation criteria include cost, services offered, potential earnings, and institutional credit/stability.
The RFP is available exclusively through the District’s Bonfire procurement system, with proposals due by 2:00 PM CST, April 18, 2025.
