Description: 4 Year Contracted Reappraisal Bids for a contracted countywide reappraisal of real property for Garland County, Arkansas, are now being accepted by the Garland County Assessor's Office. The reappraisal will be for the time/period of January 2027, through December 2030, to review, reappraise and revalue approximately 78,976 parcels of real property in Garland County, Arkansas. The Countywide Reappraisal is to be completed in accordance with all bid specifications for contracted reappraisals provided by the Assessment Coordination Division of the State of Arkansas. In addition, the reappraisal must be performed utilizing the Garland County Assessor's Office existing software, which is provided by Arkansas CAMA Technology. As part of the reappraisal, the contractor must provide the items indicated in the Addendum to the plan. More information may be obtained by contacting the Garland County Assessor's Office at 200 Woodbine, Hot Springs, AR 71901 or phone 501-622- 3730 and request that the specifications be mailed, emailed, or faxed. Sealed bids for reappraisal services must be mailed or hand delivered to the Garland County Judge's Office at 501 Ouachita Ave, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901 in a sealed envelope or container clearly labeled "Bid Documents" by 9:00 a.m., on October 1st• 2026 All sealed bids will be opened on October l5t, 2026 at 9:31 a.m. Publication Date/Time: 9/22/2026 9:00 AM Closing Date/Time: 10/1/2026 9:00 AM Special Requirements: Sealed bids for reappraisal services must be mailed or hand-delivered to the Garland County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita Ave., Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope or container clearly marked “Bid Documents” no later than 9:00 a.m. on October 1, 2026.
