Main Street, Clinton, Conn. 06413 at which time they will be opened and read aloud for Fuel, Gasoline & Heating oil.  Bids received after the above date and time will be rejected. Bid Documents are available for download on the Town of Clinton website at www.clintonct.org. The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any, or any part of, or all proposals; to waive informalities and technicalities and to accept the Bid which the Town deems to be in the best interest of the Town, whether it is the lowest dollar amount.
