Notes	The City of Davenport is now accepting bids for the Main Library Chiller Glycol Conversion project. This project entails changing the HVAC Chiller from water to glycol. The contractor shall furnish and install all new materials per the provided plans, and/or in these specifications, and all items required to make this conversion successful and produce a finished and working system. A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 3:15 PM CT at the Main Library, 321 N. Main St. Davenport. (Meeting will begin in Meeting Room B which is on the lower level of the Library.) Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
