By this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) the Town of Pendleton, South Carolina (the “Town”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the renovation of the existing Town Hall, a sports and recreation complex, and other related maintenance and construction projects as identified through the life of the relationship. The Town intends to enter into a contract with a CMAR firm to provide both preconstruction and construction management services, delivering the project(s) within a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Town of Pendleton Procurement Code and other applicable laws.
