Flagmen are required to wear appropriate safety equipment and appropriate hi-visibility personal protective equipment at all times and must stay in constant communication with one other. Flagman must work in accordance with Kentucky Dept of Highways Standard Drawings, in accordance with the MUTCD, and comply with Section 112 of the current Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction at all times.
