Description: SEALED BIDS for. Storage Tank for Secondary Containment Independence, KS will be received by. City Clerk, City Hall, 120 N 6th Street, Independence, Kansas until 10:00 AM. April 2nd, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Bidding documents have been prepared by TranSystems. Plans and specifications have been prepared by TranSystems. The bid documents, plans and specifications may be examined and obtained from the public works office for the City of Independence. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects and to reject any or all bids and to readvertise and rebid and/or negotiate with any or all bidders.
