The City of Irving Water Utilities Department invites Civil Engineers, Multi-Disciplinary Firms, and any other qualified professionals to submit qualifications proposals to provide professional services for the Design, Engineering and Construction needed for the rehabilitation of the City of Irving’s 2.5 MG Belt Line Elevated Storage Tank (EST) located at 7600 N. Belt Line Road, Irving, Tx.
