BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - Shingle Springs
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection is looking for approximately 87,120
nusf of land space in the City of Shingle Springs. Open space needed for parking lot to
accommodate 130+ public spaces with 24 hour access.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State
plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable
codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply
with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where
cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star
