Summary

The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and the City of Orlando, through the City of Orlando’s Procurement and Contracts Division, are soliciting proposals for a bold and visionary partner to reimagine and activate the 54 W. Church Street arts space—formerly home to the Mad Cow Theatre and the Fringe Arts Space.

As part of the City’s efforts to transform downtown Orlando into a thriving, vibrant, and connected community, the CRA is aggressively pursuing redevelopment and revitalization, focusing on providing more housing and cultural opportunities, improving transportation, and encouraging retail and business growth. This includes supporting the arts and playing a key role in helping to provide excellent arts experiences within the downtown core.
