Description: Invitation for Bids Advertisement Downtown Lighting Project The City of Marble Falls is planning construction of eighteen (18) light poles along the sidewalks of Main Street between 2 nd Street and 4 th Street. This project is being constructed in two phases. Phase 1 will include installation of underground conduit, light pole foundations, electrical service connection, and any ancillary improvements as shown in the construction plans of this bid solicitation. Phase 2 will include installation of the poles themselves, which will be facilitated afterwards. Electronic bids for the Downtown Lighting Project (ID No. CIPDT-20230725), in the City of Marble Falls, Texas, will be received at the CIVCAST electronic portal, www.civcastusa.com (Project ID “Downtown Lighting Project - City of Marble Falls”), until 2:30 p.m., Monday, December 8 th , 2025. Bids will ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY at the CIVCAST electronic portal; neither the City nor the Engineer will accept physical copies of the bids. Bids will be opened digitally and publicly read aloud at 2:30 p.m., Monday, December 8 th , 2025, at City Hall located at 800 3rd St., Marble Falls, TX 78654.
