A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on 1/26/2026 at 11:00 am EST local time at the Citizens Square, 200 East Berry Street, Suite 250, Conference Room 255, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46802 to familiarize prospective bidders with the proposed project and to answer any questions.
