Project Description: The Murray City Police Department (“City”) is seeking qualified towing companies for inclusion on the Murray City Police Department Towing Rotation List (“Rotation List”). The Rotation List is used when law enforcement requests towing, impound, recovery, storage, or related services for disabled, abandoned, illegally parked, impounded, or inoperable vehicles within Murray City.
Selected firms shall provide towing and related services on a twenty-four (24) hour per day, seven (7) day per week basis in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and City requirements.
