Supplier Registration

*** Opportunity Details ***

BC Hydro, on behalf of itself and FortisBC, is seeking Proposals from qualified product delivery agents (“PDA(s)”) to provide and deliver a whole-home upgrade offer (the “Offer”), at no cost to the Utilities’ customers, for income qualifying individuals in eligible housing types such as single family detached, town homes, row homes, duplexes, and manufactured/mobile homes, across British Columbia. Unlike previous iterations of the Offer (referred to as “Basic” and “Advanced”), the scope of services contemplated by this RFP consolidates all aspects of the Offer, emphasizing a streamlined customer journey with a focus on whole-home upgrades.

The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (3) years, which may be extended for up to (5) year (s) through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (8) years.

This procurement may involve negotiation.

This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
