2025-501 South Central Sanitary Sewer Capacity Improvement Project, Request for Bids

INVITATION FOR BIDS CITY OF BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Engineer, 1700 W 98th St, Bloomington, MN 55431, up to the time of bid opening, for construction of the: 2025-501 South Central Sanitary Sewer Capacity Improvement Project

Which consists of:

1. Approximately 1600 cubic yards of common excavation 2. Approximately 2300 tons of bituminous plant mixture 3. Approximately 2600 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter 4. Approximately 1800 tons of Class 5 aggregate base 5. Approximately 2600 linear feet 18" to 20" sanitary sewer 6. Approximately 1100 linear feet of 15" to 36" storm sewer 6. Approximately 875 square feet of 4” to 8” concrete walk or concrete pavement 8. Approximately 1200 square yards of sodding/seeding

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the South Conference Room at 1700 W 98th St at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 2, 2025.
