(b) A financial statement, duly sworn to, listing assets and liabilities. (c) A letter from a qualified surety addressed to the Greene County Board of County Commissioners demonstrating the Bidder’s ability to obtain the Payment and Performance Bonds required hereunder. (d) Statement listing at least four projects of a similar size and scope which the Bidder has completed within the last 5 years. The Bidder’s experience shall demonstrate the capability of undertaking this type of project. (e) Pertinent information relative to any pending lawsuits or outstanding liens. If no information is provided by the Bidder, the County shall assume that any such lawsuits or liens do not exist. Any Bidder may be required by the County to submit additional data to satisfy the County that such Bidder is prepared to fulfill the Contract if it is awarded to them. Special Requirements: The pre-bid meeting is mandatory. The State of Ohio prevailing wage rates apply. Miscellaneous: The pre-bid meeting is mandatory. Bids are to be all-inclusive LUMP SUM bids.
