Description A pre-bid conference will be held on September 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM starting at Fire Stations 5 , 51 Berkshire Road, West Hartford, and proceeding to Fire Stations 2 and 4, at which time questions concerning the project will be answered. Prospective bidders are expected to attend the pre-bid meeting as this will be the only opportunity to verbalize questions relative to this project and view the job site with the Town's project team.

Comments A pre-bid conference will be held on September 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM starting at Fire Stations 5 , 51 Berkshire Road, West Hartford, and proceeding to Fire Stations 2 and 4, at which time questions concerning the project will be answered. Prospective bidders are expected to attend the pre-bid meeting as this will be the only opportunity to verbalize questions relative to this project and view the job site with the Town's project team.

Base Bid No. 1 for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and all else whatsoever necessary to perform all work described in the Contract Bidding Documents for RENOVATIONS AT FIRE STATIONS 2, 4 AND 5 BID # 260001. Include in your base bid price the following allowance: Allowance #1: Concrete Roof Deck Repair: Include in the Base Bid an allowance of five thousand dollars ($5,000) to investigate possible water infiltration of the roof deck in areas indicated on Drawing FS5-A101. Structural Engineer is to be present during investigation. Contractor is to remediate as instructed by Structural Engineer, if required. Remediation will include but not be limited to repairing and patching the existing deck to provide a watertight installation.	1.00	LOT	(0)
