Mobile Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Public Housing Asset Repositioning Services for the Mobile Housing Authority, and/or its for-profit and non-profit subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, (collectively referred to in this solicitation as “Mobile Housing Authority” or “MHA”). The successful proposer will represent MHA’s interest in dealing with HUD, future development partners and other stakeholders as determined necessary. MHA is not selecting a developer partner at this time.
