Description: The Town of Carrboro (the “Town”) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide comprehensive grant management and Public Assistance (PA) advisory services. Following the federal disaster declaration for Tropical Storm Chantal on September 12, 2025, the Town anticipates federal recovery funding and requires expert guidance to manage these resources. The selected consultant will serve as the primary liaison between the Town, the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management (NCEM), and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
