Description: The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 149, is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for Audio System Replacement. An optional site visit will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Braintree High School, located at 128 Town Street, Braintree, MA 02184. Quotes are due on November 26, 2025 until 12:00 PM (noon) to Brendan Croak via email at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. or via Commbuys. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. The vendor shall include the cost of the bonds and permits in the bid. Quotes that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its quote is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that quotes are sent in advance of the due date and time.  Late quotes will not be accepted. The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals. Notice is also available at www.masspublicnotices.org .
