Details:  The Kirkwood School District requests bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of two (2) vans, one (1) truck, and some miscellaneous accompanying equipment.

The Kirkwood School District is seeking bids/price quotes from interested vendors to

provide the following products:

ITEM #1:

Van–New Chevrolet/GMC Commercial HD4500 Cutaway Chassis or Similar, 159’’ Wheelbase,

6.6L V8 or similar, 8 speed Automatic Transmission, Tow/Haul Package Front Stabilizer Bar, Rear

Multi Spring Suspension, Exterior White, Vinyl Front Bucket Seats (preferred), Automatic Locks,

Automatic Windows, Bluetooth (preferred), a/c

This is a tax-exempt purchase

The school district intends to purchase as many of the above items as allotted

within the budget and within the next 30 days

Include delivery and a full tank of gas

Submit cutsheets on all quoted items

The District reserves the right to reject a proposal for any reason; to accept any

proposal that it deems in its best interest; or to reject all proposals and solicit new

proposals.

The District further reserves the right to waive any technicalities and/or requirements in

this specification. The District reserves the right to negotiate with selected qualified

vendor(s).

The District is a tax-exempt entity pursuant to Chapter 144, RSMO. A copy of the

official Missouri Tax exemption certificate will be provided to the successful vendor.
