Requires constructing a multi-lane roundabout, constructing spot intersection safety improvements, clearing and grubbing, grading, removals, planing bituminous pavement and hot mix asphalt (HMA) paving, cement conc. pavement, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water line, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, traffic islands, temporary and permanent signal and illumination systems, other electrical work, pavement marking, rumble strips, temporary erosion and sediment control, permanent biofiltration swales and vegetated filter strips, traffic control, landscaping, roadside restoration, and other work.
