The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is seeking responses from qualified small businesses to operate and manage a Food & Beverage Micro Restaurant and a Mobile Kiosk concession with City-provided equipment at two Terminal 3 Pre-Security locations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. AVN RCS 26-0047 This RCS will be issued on or about May 22, 2026, and will be available, along with the required attachments, at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix.
