Rutter Ave. SpokaneWA, 99212 at 9:30 a.m. on November 19, 2025. Major subcontractors are encouraged toattend; however, attendance (in person) is mandatory for the Prime Contractors only. Any bidsubmitted by a firm which did not attend this Pre-Bid Conference will be rejected.The general nature of the Work is as follows:At café area: demolition, removal and disposal of selected portions of exterior doors andwindows, wood furring and insulation, exterior stucco, selective interior gypsum board andframing as required for installing new materials. New exterior and interior doors, hardware andframes, new interior framed walls, gypsum board and prepare for paint, prepare flooring for newflooring finishes, patch and repair exterior stucco and provide paint finish to match existing. Newinfrastructure of fire alarm system, electrical system, mechanical systems, low voltage, andpiping systems. At terminal area: new primer and paint per drawings and professional cleaningof specific items noted on the drawings. The demolition and new scope of work are specificallyshown on the plans.00 11 16 - 1Bidder Questions by 4:30 p.m. November 24, 2025. Questions during the bid period andinquiries regarding bid results (after bid opening) should be directed to the Planning &Development Department of Spokane Airports, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and4:30 p.m. by contacting Colin Hayden at chayden@spokaneairports.net.A contract according to the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Addendums (ifapplicable) shall be signed prior to work commencing. Each bid must be accompanied by acashier’s check or surety bid bond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the totalbid for all bid schedules (including sales tax). A performance bond, payment bond, and liabilityinsurance in accordance with the contract documents will be required for the Contract. This is aprevailing wage project per applicable State Law.The Spokane Airport Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality,to accept any alternate bids, and to make such award that it deems to be in the best interest ofthe Airport pursuant to the terms of the Instruction to Bidders and General Conditions. Thecontract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
