Bloomington Ferry Road Corridor Visioning Study, Request for Proposals

The City of Bloomington (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships, and corporations having specific experience in the area(s) of right of way (easement) acquisition and interested in providing these consulting services to the City.
