The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the reconstruction of the existing concrete roadway; placement of hot-mix asphalt shoulders; installation of subdrains; rehabilitation of existing storm and sanitary sewer systems; resetting all existing utility surface features to finish grade; replacement of the adjacent commercial entrances; topsoil; sodding; erosion control; and other related work.Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.
