The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified licensed consultants for the development of Town code for engineering, design, and land development standards.

Background

The Town of Herndon is the third-largest town in the Commonwealth of Virginia and home to more than 24,500 residents.
