Solicitations/Project NO: 2026-003 Submission HAND DELIVER/MAIL/SUBMIT RESPONSES TO: City of Mineral Wells Finance Department 211 SW 1 st Avenue, Mineral Wells, TX 76067 Format Bids are solicited for furnishing the merchandise, supplies, services and/or equipment as set forth in this solicitation. Completed bids including one executed original and one USB flash drive containing electronic versions of all bid documents must be received in the Department of Finance, and then publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 CST on December 12, 2025 in the Council Chambers. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope WITH THE BID NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE, addressed to the Department of Finance. YOUR BID MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND BE TIME STAMPED PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. Bids delivered by special courier (i.e. Federal Express, Special Delivery etc.) are to be marked on the outside of the courier's shipping envelope.
