Notes	Hausmann-Eriksen has been awarded the contract for Construction Manager at Risk for the Theresa Street Water Resource Recovery Facility Capacity Improvements project.  Cost will be a major factor in determining the awarded Contractor; however, the award may not go to the lowest cost bidder.
