Project Description	Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited from prequalified Bidders for the following work: This project consists of the construction of a roof deck and associated building system improvements. Contractor shall provide: • A pedestal paver system. • Trellis structures, planters and fixed benches. • Fire doors at the elevator lobby. • Egress doors and ADA ramps and handrails leading to the roof to achieve an accessible path of travel. • A green wall and man gates to limit public access to restricted areas. The estimated construction cost is $1,350,406.00.
