Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is pleased to provide this public notice regarding the solicitation of proposals from qualified firms interested in conducting a professional Facility Planning Study for Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Support (non-clinical) Services Facilities across SCF-owned and operated facilities. A Scope of Work, including specifications for services to be provided, is located in Exhibit A.
