Description: The City of Dublin seeks a qualified, experienced consultant to: – Develop and implement an economic development-focused marketing and branding strategy. – Highlight Dublin’s unique advantages, competitive assets, transformational development projects, and existing business and development incentives – Aligning with the City’s Economic Development Strategy . Scope of Work - 1.1. Branding Identity Creation: Develop a unique and compelling branding identity tailored to Dublin’s unique advantages, competitive assets, economic strengths, and transformational development projects. - 1.2. Key Messaging Development: Craft key messages that articulate Dublin’s value propositions - 2.1. Comprehensive Marketing Plan: Create a strategic short- and long-term marketing plan - 2.2. Website Evaluation: Evaluate and make recommendations regarding the City’s Economic Development webpages -2.3. Promotional Materials: Develop modern and visually appealing marketing templates consistent with the City’s brand -3.1. Media Strategy Development: Develop a refreshed press and media engagement strategy - 3.2. Press Materials: Create updated press kits and media-ready content - 4.1. Stakeholder Input Sessions: Facilitate four (4) sessions with key stakeholders - 4.2.
