Notice is given that on Wednesday January 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM the Metropolitan Council will receive

and publicly open separate sealed bids for 1-MN-310 Siphon Rehabilitation, Project Number 809203,

Contract Number 24P236A.

The work of this project includes the rehabilitation of two siphon structures and the CIPP Lining of the

pipes in-between the structures on Interceptor 1-MN-310 located in Minneapolis. The project will also

include temporary conveyance of flow, traffic control, and restoration along with other items required to

complete the task as listed in the plans and specifications.

THE COUCIL INVITED PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR SPECIALTY CONTRACTORS FOR PORTIONS OF

WORK ON THIS PROJECT. A LIST OF PREQUALIFED SPECIALTY CONTRACTORS IS ATTACHED

TO THIS ADVERTISEMENT.
