Tuesday, April 21, 2026 Sealed bids will be received by the CITY OF PORTLAND at their offices at 100 S Russell St, Portland, TN 37148, until 2:30 PM CST, Tuesday, April 21, 2026 and opened Publicly at 100 S Russell St, Portland, TN 37148 at that hour. The reading of the bids will begin at 2:31 PM CST. Summary/Background Information: This request includes asphalt material and stone to be used for parking lots, driveways, or to repair roads. Contract Period: This contract has a three year initial term running from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029 followed by two one-year renewal options. The City of Portland hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex or disability in consideration for an award.
