GNRC is requesting proposals from qualified financial institutions or financial services consultants with knowledge of standard underwriting practices, to assist with the underwriting review of incoming loan applications to the RLF program .

Proposal Deadline: For full consideration, proposals must be received by 10/1/2025. GNRC will consider additional proposals on a rolling basis until 06/30/2026.
