Description: Bids will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority (hereinafter referred to as ONWASA), to include all materials, labor, equipment, mobilization, demobilization, permits, inspections, site restoration, supervision and all else necessary to pull and inspect ONWASA’s Dixon Well 1 as specified in this Request for Bids (hereinafter referred to as RFB) until 2:00 pm on October 23, 2024, at Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road; Jacksonville, North Carolina.  This is an informal request for bids and the bids received will not be public until the contract is awarded.
