Overview

Summary

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Modeling Section is seeking a Consultant to provide technical support for Olympics planning by performing travel modeling, microsimulation, traffic analysis, and similar technical/visual analysis for venues in or immediately adjacent to Orange County. Venues include the Honda Center in the City of Anaheim and Trestles Beach near the Orange County/San Diego County border.

Background

The successful Consultant shall be able to provide personnel who can accomplish basic to advanced tasks related to transportation planning, travel demand modeling, microsimulation, traffic operations analysis, multimodal performance evaluation, event analysis, big data integration and analysis, and technical visualization in support of LA28 venue-level transportation planning.
