Description: View Bid NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Wayne will receive sealed bids for the installation of approximately 169+/- feet of 6’ wide concrete sidewalk and 20’ x 20’ concrete patio located at the Wayne County B. Forman Park in Williamson, NY. Such proposals may be submitted physically or by mail in a sealed envelope clearly identified and filed with the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, 26 Church Street, Lyons, New York 14489, on or before 2:00 PM prevailing time on 6/20/2025, at which time said bids, will be publicly opened and read. There will be a “Bidders Tour” of the facility to answer any questions Bidders may have.  The “Bidders Tour” will be held on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025 @ 11:00 AM. Bidders shall meet at B. Forman Park located at 4507 Lake Road, Williamson, New York 14589. Any contractor submitting a bid based on incomplete or inaccurate information resulting from documentation received from any third party, shall not have cause for relief from award or completion of a contract in accordance with the official documents on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. It is HIGHLY suggested that all contractors interested in participating in this bid, contact the Purchasing Department directly at the above address or telephone number to assure they have received the most accurate and up-to-date material concerning this contract.
