Description

NoaNet is issuing IFB-2026-015 to establish regionalized, unit-priced contracts for recurring fiber optic outside plant (OSP) construction, line extensions, service drops, and 24/7 emergency restoration services. Work is divided into Eastern, South Central, and Southwest Washington regions. Bidders may bid on one or all regions.
