Description: NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed Bids for Kingsley Avenue Roadway Improvements and Sewer Replacement will be received by the Northampton Department of Public Works at their office at 125 Locust Street, Northampton, MA until 2:00 P.M. on April 1, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as “Highway – Construction” for the project with an estimated value of $600,740.00 will be required.
