Description: The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB# 9040 – Old Edgell Library Plaster and Paint Project The project consists of historic plaster repair specifically the preservation and reproduction of line-based plasters, including the stabilization of historic plaster with conservation adhesives and painting. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct Portal. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
