Description: The City of Belleville, St. Clair, County, Illinois, will receive sealed bids for the construction of the BICENTENNIAL PARK TRAIL EXTENSION until 10:00 a.m. on July 30, 2026 at the office of the City Clerk in the City Hall, 101 S Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois.  All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on July 30, 2026.  The sealed bids must be delivered to the City Clerk, during regular business hours, prior to the stated bid opening time.  The Contract Documents, including Plans and Specifications, are on file at the City Clerk’s Office located at City Hall 101 S. Illinois Street Belleville, IL  62220. This project consists aggregate base course and asphalt paving and all other work required to construct the improvements to Bicentennial Park in Belleville Illinois.
