NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids for construction of the 400 CARE CENTER EAST WING RENOVATION/SECRET GARDEN RE-DEVELOPMENT BG #2 BP #14-15 #26-038-FM will be received on or before 11:00 AM (CST), April 15, 2026. Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Contract Documents may be obtained from Mary Judge (mjudge@wightco.com) at Wight Construction Services Inc. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents will be provided at no cost to the prospective bidder.

Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting Bids electronically at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

DuPage County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures. Bidders shall be responsible to confirm receipt of its submission.

Bid openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

The DuPage County (“County”) is seeking bidders for construction of the 400 CARE CENTER EAST WING RENOVATION/SECRET GARDEN RE-DEVELOPMENT.

This Bid Group includes the following bid packages:
