Scope of Work:

Install new roof gutters, downspouts, dual wall pipes and surface drains as drawn and specified.

Sealed bids for the Roof Gutter Drainage Improvements at Verdi Elementary School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on August 27, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
