Tanana Chiefs Conference (TCC) is soliciting quotes for Electrical Installation

Solid Dielectric, Triple Option Reclosers at Fort Yukon, Alaska 99740.

Questions regarding this solicitation, including requesting the RFQ documents, shall be emailed to Grace Packer at grace.packer@tananachiefs.org .

Bid registration and all questions must be submitted prior to close of business October 20, 2025. The final Addendum responding to questions shall be released no later than October 24, 2025.

Quotes are required to be submitted no later than 5:00 PM, October 27, 2025.

SCHEDULE – 10.27.2025 REVISION 1

The anticipated project schedule is as follows:

Deadline for Quote	November 4, 2025, at 5:00 PM
Issue Notice of Intent to Award (NOITA)	November 7, 2025

Construction Completion	November 6, 2026

All dates are approximate and contingent upon the completion of previous activities. Contractor shall submit a work schedule for approval, prior to the start of the work.
