MAINTENANCE SPECIFICATIONS

The Contractor shall perform full service preventive maintenance and install necessary replacement parts on the equipment listed for the prices shown on the Quotation Sheet subject to the following:

a) Preventive Maintenance shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer’s standards and a minimum of two scheduled preventive maintenance service calls per year.
b) The maintenance includes replacement of all parts necessary to keep equipment in good operating condition. The maintenance shall also include all labor necessary to make such replacement of parts.
c) The maintenance will include “special calls” (service calls made between regularly scheduled preventive maintenance calls) as requested by the County.
d) Under the contract the County will not be responsible for any travel expense to and from job site. All travel expenses are to be included in the unit prices on the Quotation Sheet.
e) All services under this contract will be performed on the County’s premises during regular business hours (8:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday except for legal County holidays or “special service calls”).

g) Response time on special service calls shall be within four (4) business hours of receipt of service request.
h) During the contract term, the County shall have the right to add or delete equipment to be served as may be considered necessary or desirable.
