Description:	The Wiggins Mill Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Electric Upgrades project includes conversion of the existing 2400 volt medium voltage system to 480 volt main switchgear, replacement of the existing 2400 volt motors for the high service pumps and filter backwash pumps with 480 volt motors, the addition of variable frequency drives for the high service pumps, new standby generators, a new electrical building, and civil site improvements.
