Any proposal receivedlater than the specified time, whether delivered in person or mailed, will be disqualified. After approval by the Boardof Trustees, the bid tab will be posted on the SAISD website at http://www.saisd.org/bids.Disclosure Statement:HB 914 requires vendors to submit a conflict-of-interest questionnaire for giftsgiven to public officers. Please check the limits in the general conditions for bidding line 33.All contractors/sub-contractors/employees of a contractor who work on District property wherestudents are present must present a clear criminal history report to the District prior to the start ofthe project.The Board of Trustees, for the purpose of complying with Section 2288, Subchapter B of theTexas Government Code for all public contracts, has adopted the prevailing wage rates asdetermined by the US Department of Labor in accordance with the Davis —Bacon Act as thepublished rates for the District. It is the responsibility of the contractor to pay the appropriaterate or higher on the construction project or be subject to penalty as set forth in section 2258.023of the Texas General Government Code.This project will be subject to bonding requirements.
